无痛胃镜下高频电凝切术治疗胃息肉的临床疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨无痛胃镜下高频电凝切术治疗胃息肉的临床疗效及安全性.方法:2017年5月-2019年7月收治胃息肉患者84例,随机分为两组各42例.研究组给予无痛胃镜下高频电凝切术治疗;对照组给予活检钳钳夹治疗.比较两组治疗效果.结果:研究组手术治疗效果显著优于对照组,术后并发症发生率、复发率显著少于对照组,术中出血量显著少于对照组,手术时间、住院时间显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:无痛胃镜下高频电凝切术治疗胃息肉的效果良好,对患者造成的创伤较小,患者术后恢复快,术后并发症、复发率低,治疗安全性高.Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of high frequency electrocoagulation under painless gastroscope in the treatment of gastric polyps.Methods:From May 2017 to July 2019,84 patients with gastric polyps were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each group.The study group was treated with high frequency electrocoagulation under painless gastroscope,and the control group was treated with biopsy clamp.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the effect of surgical treatment was significantly better than that of the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate was significantly less than that of the control group,the amount of intraoperative bleeding was significantly less than that of the control group,and the operation time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of of high frequency electrocoagulation under painless gastroscope in the treatment of gastric polyps was good,it caused less trauma to patients,the postoperative recovery was fast,the postoperative complications and recurrence rate were low,and the treatment safety was high.
