摘　　要：放化疗作为恶性肿瘤的常规治疗手段,它们的不良反应一直是患者和临床医生需要面对的问题,骨髓抑制就是其中最常见的问题之一,它的发生给患者带来身体不适、感染等风险,影响治疗的进程,甚至有许多患者因为严重的骨髓抑制而中断或放弃治疗,导致疾病进展而危及生命.所以,如何有效防治放化疗所致的骨髓抑制是一个值得我们探讨的问题.本文将从中西医两方面探讨如何通过中西医结合对放化疗所致的骨髓抑制进行有效防治.As the routine treatment mean of malignant tumor,the side effects of chemoradiotherapy have always been the problems that patients and clinicians need to face.Bone marrow suppression is one of the most common problems.It brings physical discomfort,infection and other risks to patients and affects the process of treatment.Even many patients interrupt or abandon treatment due to severe bone marrow suppression,resulting in disease progression,which is life-threatening.So how to effectively prevent and cure bone marrow suppression caused by chemoradiotherapy is a problem worthy of our discussion.This paper will discuss how to effectively prevent and cure bone marrow suppression induced by chemoradiotherapy by the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
