摘　　要：目的:研究腹部按摩对改善脊髓病(HAM/TSP)患者直肠功能的作用机制.方法:通过尿动力学计算机及下消化道造影,对按摩前后脊髓病(HAM/TSP)患者直肠功能进行观察和分析,从而探明其作用机制.结果:腹部按摩可诱发直肠收缩波,改善直肠的蠕动功能,从而促进大便的排出.结论:腹部按摩会引起脊髓病(HAM/TSP)患者直肠收缩波,体神经-自主神经反射可能是其作用机制.Objective:To study the mechanism of abdominal massage in improving rectal function in patients with myelopathy(HAM/TSP).Methods:The rectal function of patients with myelopathy before and after massage was observed and analyzed by urodynamic computer and lower digestive tract radiography,so as to explore its mechanism of action.Results:Abdominal massage induced contractile wave of rectum,improved peristaltic function of rectum and promoted defecation.Conclusion:Abdominal massage can cause rectal contractile wave in patients with myelopathy(HAM/TSP).Somatic nerve-autonomic nerve reflex may be its mechanism.
