摘　　要：目的:评估柯氏评估模型对规范化培训全科医师的效果.方法:选取全科医生规范化培训学员102名,以问卷调查、电话访谈、面对面访谈等方式收集数据.根据柯氏评估模型对反应层、学习层、行为层、结果层等进行资料收集处理及分析.结果:理论培训阶段和临床科室轮转阶段的满意度普遍较高,基层实践基地阶段满意度较低;考试分数与年龄、性别、基层工作时间均无相关性,与规范化培训时间有正相关性;少数全科医师不能按照全科医学临床理念诊治患者,不能将培训的基础理论、临床诊治知识、临床操作技能运用到临床工作中;所有人均认为自己能胜任全科工作.结论:加强临床基地的师资建设,加强针对全科知识应用能力的培训,提高基层实践基地的师资、教学质量等水平,将进一步提高湖南省全科医学规范化培训效果.Objective:To evaluate the effect of Koch evaluation model on standardized training of general practitioners.Method:102 students taken part in the general practitioner standardization training were selected.The data was collected by questionnaire survey,telephone interviews,face-to-face interviews.The data was analysised by reaction layer,learning layer,behavior layer and result layer were carried out according to the Koch evaluation model.Results:The degree of satisfaction was generally higher in the training stage of the theoretical training and the rotation phase of the clinical department,and the satisfaction of the community internship was lower.There was no correlation between test scores and age,gender,working time at the basic-level hospitals,and positive correlation with standardized training time.A few general practitioner can't use the general concept into clinical diagnosis,can't use the basic theory,the theory of clinical diagnosis and treatment,and clinical skills into clinical work.Everyone thinks they can do the job of general practice.Conclusion:It suggested that strengthening the construction of teachers team,and the training for general knowledge application ability,improving the level of teaching quality in community base,will help to improve the effect of standardized training in general medicine in hunan province.
