摘  要:使用超滤膜过滤味精一母料液,选用孔径大小为3 000分子量的膜滤芯,一母料液(透光度70%左右)经过滤后透光度达到84%以上,透光度提升达15%。一母料液经超滤膜膜过滤的滤液结晶、离心后所得母液透光度≥75%,按照超滤膜过滤生产工艺流程,滤液与一母料液混合后,可提升一母料液的整体透光,减轻了脱色工序的脱色压力。孔径为3 000分子量的超滤膜膜滤芯在味精生产工艺上的应用,实现了超滤膜过滤技术在味精生产的应用,按新工艺流程进行生产,不会再有二母味精和老母液的产生。The ultrafiltration membrane is used to filter the monosodium glutamate mother liquor. The pore sizeof the membrane filter core was used as 3 000 molecular weights. The transmittance of the liquid after filtration reaches more than 84%, which was increased by 15% compared with the initial mother liquor(about 70%). The filtrate of the mother liquor by the ultrafiltration membrane is crystallized, with transmittance ≥75% after centrifugation. According to the filtration production process of ultrafiltration membrane, the mixture of filtrate with mother liquorcan enhance the overall transparency and reduce the decoloring pressure.The application of ultrafiltration membrane filter with a pore diameter of 3 000 molecular weight in monosodium glutamate production process was realized and according to the new process, there will be no more monosodium glutamate liquid and old mother liquor generated.
