Casing failure characteristics of the mature oilfields at home and abroad and suggestions of the failure prevention and control for Daqing Oilfield

摘  要:针对目前大庆油田套损井数逐年增加,修井成本高,套损严重区块修复率低的难题,对比分析了国内外一些老油田套损情况,研究了中国、欧美和俄罗斯等国老油田套损类型、层位、时间、原因,梳理了不同成因类型相应的防控措施。结果表明:大庆与胜利、吉林、安梅阁等油田的套损类型都以变形为主;套损层位广泛分布于非油层和油层,不同油田分布比例有所不同;套损井出现数量与油田开发阶段紧密相关;地层沉降导致地应力变化是套损的重要影响因素。国外在套损检测、模型预测、剩余可用寿命模型等方面取得较好效果,但套损治理措施仍以常规技术为主,未取得重大突破。建议在大庆油田套损防控中引入国外成熟技术。Targeting on the increasing number of the casing damaged well, high cost of the work over and low repair rate in the seriously damaged block of Daqing Oilfield at present, the status of the casing failure in China and overseas mature oilfield were contrasted and analyzed, the casing failure types, intervals, time and causing factors of the mature oilfields in China, European-USA and Russia were studied, and moreover the corresponding prevention or intervention measurements for different causing factors were straightened out. The results show that the major casing failure types in Daqing, Shengli, Jilin and Ann Mag Oilfields are deformation;the discovered casing damaged intervals are widely in the oil reservoirs and non-reservoirs with different distribution proportions in different oilfields;the number of the casing damaged wells is related to the oilfield developed stage;the changes in the geo-stress caused by the formation subsidence act an important role in the casing failure. Much better effects have obtained in the casing failure detection, model prediction, remained useful life and so on in overseas, but the intervention measures are still conventional ones with no major breakthrough, so it is suggested that the overseas mature techniques in the casing prevention and control can be introduced to Daqing Oilfield.
