摘 要:把学生作为主体是高等教育的关键所在,本文针对高职药理学课程的传统教学现状,分析其存在的主要问题,借鉴"以学生为中心"的教育理念,通过构建以岗位为导向、信息化教学为基础的药理学教学模式,充分激发学生学习的自主性,调动学生学习的积极性和热情,体现"以学生为中心"的教学理念,提高教师教学能力的同时提高学生的药理学知识水平、指导患者合理用药、解决问题以及团队协作等能力,培养出符合社会需求的医药学应用型人才。The students as the main body is the key to higher education, traditional pharmacology course teaching in vocational colleges. The author of this paper, analyzes the main problems, draws lessons from" student-centered" education philosophy. By building on the basis of the post as the guidance,the information technology teaching of pharmacology teaching modes,it has fully aroused the students’ autonomous learning,the enthusiasm of students learning and enthusiasm, concept of " student-centered " teaching, improved teachers’ teaching ability at the same time improved the level of students’ knowledge of pharmacology,guided patients rational drug use, problem solving and team cooperation ability. As a result, the goal is to cultivate medical and pharmaceutical application-oriented talents that meet the needs of the society.
