摘　　要：自“学习强国”APP上线以来,这个资料系统、功能强大的学习平台,在学习型组织的构建中正发挥着强劲的支持作用。以“学习强国”APP为研究对象,从管理学角度探析了第三方软件在建设学习型组织中的重要作用和价值意义。Since the“Learning Power”APP was launched,this information system and powerful learning platform are playing a strong supporting role in the construction of learning organization.Taking“Learning Power”APP as the research object,this paper analyzes the important role and value significance of the third-party software in the construction of learning organization from the perspective of management.
