摘  要:以桉木芯集成材为基材,以乌金木和科技木薄木为饰面材料,针对贴面后易产生的胶合质量问题进行了研究。结果表明:涂胶量对透胶的影响最大,热压温度和涂胶量对浸渍剥离均有较大影响,热压温度对表面胶合强度的影响最大。本试验范围内,较佳贴面工艺为涂胶量90 g/m2,单位压力0.6 MPa,热压温度100℃,热压时间180 s。In this paper,Eucalyptus wood core integrated board as the substrate was faced with the Paraberlinia bifoliolata veneer and reconstituted decoration veneer.The research mainly focused on the bonding problems,such as the glue penetration which easily occurred after veneer,insufficient dip peel performance and surface bonding strength.The results showed that glue spread had the most influence on the glue penetration.Both glue spread and hot pressing temperature had considerable impact on the dip peel performance,and hot pressing temperature had the greatest influence on the surface bonding strength of the veneered integrated board.The best facing process:glue spread of 90 g/m2,hot pressing pressure of 0.6 MPa,hot pressing temperature of 100℃,hot pressing time of 180 s.
