中医支持疗法对三阴乳腺癌术后患者生命质量及复发转移的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中医支持疗法对三阴乳腺癌(TNBC)术后患者生命质量及复发转移的影响。方法将67例TNBC术后患者按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组30例采用常规化疗治疗,观察组37例在对照组治疗基础上加中医支持疗法。比较2组近期临床疗效、生存质量及复发转移情况。结果观察组近期总有效率89.19%,对照组总有效率80.00%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。化疗结束后,观察组乳腺癌患者生命质量测评量表(FACT-B)生理状况、社会/家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况、附加关注及总分均较本组术后提高(P<0.05),且均高于对照组同期(P<0.05);对照组化疗结束后情感状况、功能状况、附加关注及总分均较本组术后提高(P<0.05)。观察组3年内复发转移率16.22%,生存率94.60%;对照组复发转移率23.33%,生存率83.33%。观察组3年内复发转移率低于对照组(P<0.05),生存率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医支持疗法治疗TNBC术后能有效提高临床疗效,改善患者生命质量,有效预防肿瘤的复发转移,疗效显著。Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine support therapy on the quality of life and recurrence and metastasis of patients with triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC) after operation. Methods 67 patients with TNBC were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method. 30 cases in control group were treated by conventional chemotherapy. 37 cases in observation group were treated by TCM support therapy on the basis of the control group. The short-term clinical efficacy, quality of life and recurrence and metastasis of the two groups were compared. Results The short-term total effective rate was 89.19 % in treatment group and 80.00% in control group. The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). After chemotherapy, the physiological status, social/family status, emotional status, functional status, additional attention and total scores of life quality assessment scale for breast cancer(FACT-B)in the observation group were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05), and were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The emotional status, functional status, additional attention and total scores of the control group were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05). The recurrence and metastasis rate was 16.22% in observation group and 23.33% in control group, the survival rate was 94.60% in observation group and 83.33% in control group. The recurrence and metastasis rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the total survival rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine support therapy can effectively improve the clinical effect, improve the quality of life of patients, and effectively prevent the recurrence and metastasis of tumor, the curative effect is significant.
