摘 要:目的研究问题导向学习(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)联合思维导图在海上紧急医学救援人员培训中应用价值。方法选取参加海上紧急医学救援人员培训的60名学员为研究对象,随机将学员分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),对照组采用单一PBL教学模式进行培训,观察组采用PBL联合思维导图教学模式进行培训,培训结束1周后通过学员理论知识考核成绩、海上紧急医学救援各项技能实践能力及培训教学满意度进行教学结果评价。结果观察组学员的理论知识考试成绩高于对照组(t=2.374,P=0.015),海上紧急医学救援各项技能实践能力得分优于对照组(P<0.05),培训教学满意度(93.99%)优于对照组(73.33%)。结论PBL联合思维导图在海上紧急医学救援人员培训中,既培养了学员的发散性思维,提高其自主学习能力,且通过各项技能实践操作使学员更好地掌握相关理论知识,提升快速辨别诊断能力及团队协作与沟通能力,值得推广应用。Objective The objective of this study was to explore the application value problem-based learning(PBL)with joint mind map in the training of maritime emergency medical rescue personnel.Methods 60 trainees who participated in the training maritime emergency medical rescue personnel were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The control group were trained usinga single PBL teaching mode,whilethe observation group adopted a PBL combined with mindmap teaching mode.One week after training,the scores of trainees'theoretical knowledge and various aspects of maritime emergency medical rescue were assessed.Skill practice ability and training teaching satisfaction wereevaluated.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge test in the observation group were higher than in the control group(t=2.374,P=0.015),the scores of practical skills in maritime emergency medical rescue were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of training and teaching(93.99%)was better than that in the control group(73.33%).Conclusions In the training of maritime emergency medical rescue personnel,PBL withmind map not only cultivates students'divergent thinking and improves their ability inindependent learning,but also enables students to better grasp relevant theoretical knowledge and improve their ability inrapid diagnosis,team cooperation and communication through practical operation of various skills.Thus,it is worth popularizing and applying.
