超声内镜与胃肠道造影在胃脂肪瘤临床诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声内镜与胃肠道造影在胃脂肪瘤临床诊断中的应用价值。方法选取就诊于本院并接受常规内镜检查的35例疑似胃脂肪瘤患者为研究对象,以病理检查结果为金标准,比较超声内镜与胃肠道造影对胃脂肪瘤的诊断效能。结果超声内镜诊断胃脂肪瘤的准确度、灵敏度高于胃肠道造影(P<0.05);超声内镜诊断胃脂肪瘤病灶部位与病理检查的符合率显著高于胃肠道造影(P<0.05)。结论超声内镜应用于胃脂肪瘤诊断中的准确度、灵敏度均高于胃肠道造影,对于部分微小脂肪瘤也有较高的灵敏度,实际应用时可根据患者的病情特征进行合理的选择。Objective To investigate the application value of endoscopic ultrasonography and gastrointestinal angiography in the clinical diagnosis of gastric lipoma.Methods A total of 35 patients with suspected gastric lipoma admitted in our hospital for routine endoscopic examination were selected as the study objects.The pathological examination result was taken as the gold standard,and the diagnostic efficacy of endoscopic ultrasonography and gastrointestinal angiography for gastric lipoma were compared.Results The accuracy and sensitivity of endoscopic ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gastric lipoma were higher than those of gastrointestinal angiography(P<0.05).The coincidence rate of endoscopic ultrasonography and pathological examination in the diagnosis of gastric lipoma lesions was significantly higher than that of gastrointestinal angiography(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic ultrasonography has higher accuracy and sensitivity in the diagnosis of gastric lipoma than gastrointestinal angiography,and also has higher sensitivity for some microlipoma.In practical application,reasonable selection can be made according to the characteristics of patients’conditions.
