注射用生长抑素在结肠癌Ⅰ期结肠切除吻合术后的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究注射用生长抑素在结肠癌Ⅰ期结肠切除吻合术后的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年5月至2018年5月收治的70例结肠癌患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组(35例,Ⅰ期结肠切除吻合术+常规治疗+注射用生长抑素)和对照组(35例,Ⅰ期结肠切除吻合术+常规治疗)。比较两组的肠梗阻发生情况、肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、肠蠕动恢复时间及住院时间、各项血清指标水平、不良反应发生情况及治疗效果。结果试验组的肠梗阻发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、肠蠕动恢复时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1、3、7 d,试验组血清内毒素(ET)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)及可溶性E选择素(sE-selectin)水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后随访6个月,试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论注射用生长抑素在结肠癌Ⅰ期结肠切除吻合术后的效果显著,可降低肠梗阻发生率,减轻炎症反应,控制临床症状,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the application effect of somatostatin for injection in colon cancer after stageⅠcolectomy and anastomosis.Methods A total of 70 patients with colon cancer admitted in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2018 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into experimental group(35 cases,stageⅠcolectomy and anastomosis+conventional treatment+somatostatin for injection)and control group(35 cases,stageⅠcolectomy and anastomosis+conventional treatment).The incidence of intestinal obstruction,time of recovery bowel sounds,anal exhaust,recovery intestinal peristalsis and hospitalization,levels of serum indexes,adverse reactions and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of intestinal obstruction in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of recovery bowel sounds,anal exhaust,recovery intestinal peristalsis and hospitalization in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 1,3,7 days after operation,the levels of endotoxin(ET),procollagenⅢ(PCⅢ)and soluble E-selectin(sE-selectin)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 months follow-up,the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Somatostatin for injection applied to colon cancer after stageⅠcolectomy and anastomosishas has a significant effect,it can reduce the incidence of intestinal obstruction,reduce inflammatory reaction,control clinical symptoms,and has high safety.
