摘  要:目的观察虚拟现实(VR)技术与作业治疗对脑出血患者上肢功能康复的影响。方法将136例脑出血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组68例。两组患者患侧上肢均接受常规康复治疗,治疗组在常规康复治疗基础上采用VR技术与作业治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗12周后的的患手功能、日常生活能力及神经功能缺损程度。结果治疗前,两组患者的Caroll、ADL和NIHSS评分无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的Caroll、ADL评分均升高,NIHSS评分均降低,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与常规康复治疗相比,VR技术与作业治疗对脑出血患者的疗效更好,可更好地改善患者的患肢手功能和生活能力。Objective To observe the effect of virtual reality(VR) technology and working therapy on upper limb functional rehabilitation in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 136 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 68 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional rehabilitation treatment for the upper limbs of the affected side, while the treatment group adopted VR technology and working therapy on the basis of conventional rehabilitation treatment. The affected hand function, daily living ability and the degree of nerve function defect before and after 12 weeks of treatment of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in Caroll, ADL and NIHSS scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, Caroll and ADL scores increased in both groups, and NIHSS score decreased in both groups, and those in the treatment group were superior than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with conventional rehabilitation treatment, VR technology and working therapy have better efficacy in patients with cerebral hemorrhage, and it can better improve the hand function of affected limbs and living ability.
