摘 要:以灭活内源酶的小麦为原料,测定添加β-木糖苷酶和其他非淀粉多糖(NSP)酶后小麦的分解效果,并采用单胃动物仿生消化系统模拟猪的胃肠道消化过程,观察小麦中添加β-木糖苷酶型NSP酶消化率的变化。结果表明,分解小麦产生还原糖效果以β-木糖苷酶和NSP酶组最佳,β-木糖苷酶和木聚糖酶组次之,单独添加木聚糖酶组效果最差;当β-木糖苷酶添加量达到16U/g小麦时,与NSP酶结合产出的还原糖量可达到最高,为28.16mg/g,与空白不加酶组相比,还原糖提升68.52%,酶解效果显著。模拟动物胃肠道消化过程也发现,NSP酶中加入β-木糖苷酶可使小麦干物质消化率和能量消化率进一步增长0.4%和0.5%左右,但这种提高与β-木糖苷酶剂量高低无关。Inactivated endogenous enzyme wheat was used to study the hydrolysis effect by β-xylosidase and other NSP enzyme.The digestibility of β-xylosidase-NSP enzyme complex wheat was evaluated in vitro in pig.Results showed the reducing sugar produced by β-xylosidase and NSP enzyme was higher than that ofβ-xylosidase and xylanase combination,xylanase used by itself has the lowest enzymatic hydrolysis.The wheat reached its highest degradation of 28.16mg/g at the point of 16U β-xylosidaseand NSP enzyme.In addition,the reducing sugar has improved 68.52% compared to thecontrol group.Besides,NSP enzyme supplemented with β-xylosidase could further increase the dry matter digestibility and energy digestibility of wheat by 0.4% and 0.5% during the simulative gastrointestinal digestion in pig.However,the above increasing had no relation to the amount of β-xylosidase.
