“一村一名大学生计划”海南模式的实践与思考

摘　　要：海南省委组织部利用“一村一名大学生计划”开展农村干部大专学历教育,在人才培养目标、课程内容、教学组织等方面提出具体要求。海南广播电视大学作为“一村一名大学生计划”的实施方,根据省委组织部的要求和海南地方特点,积极探索与实践,摸索出一条适合海南省情的大规模、高效率、低成本的农村基层干部培养道路。The Organization Department of Hainan Provincial Party Committee has conducted a junior college diploma education for rural cadres,named the“One-College-Student-for-One-Village”progamme,specializing requirements in terms of personnel training objectives,curriculum contents and teaching organization.As the implementer,Hainan Open University has put the programme into practice based on the provincial status and is exploring a large-scale,high-efficiency and low-cost way for the education.
