ALOX5AP基因位点SG13S35、SG13S377多态性与中国北方汉族人缺血性脑血管病的关系

摘　　要：以探讨5-脂氧合酶激活蛋白基因(ALOX5AP)位点SG13S35、SG13S377多态性与中国北方汉族人患缺血性脑血管病(IS)的关系为目的,将研究对象分为IS病例组和对照组,抽取空腹静脉血,对位点SG13S35、SG13S377进行DNA测序,采用病例对照分析法对比其两组间出现频数有无不同。应用SPSS 16.0软件包进行统计分析,计算相对风险度,并进行χ2检验,病例组与对照组基因频数比较采用Fisher确切概率P检验,应用logistic回归分析危险因素。ALOX5AP基因位点SG13S377(T/T)、SG13S377(T/C)基因型频数在两组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);SG13S377(T/C)频数在病例组男女之间的比较以及病例组与对照组男性之间的比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。ALOX5AP基因位点SG13S377多态性可能与中国北方汉族人缺血性脑血管病(IS)的发生有关。Study the relationship between ALOX5AP gene SG13S35、SG13S377 and attack of ischemic stroke among people of Han nationality in North of China.The subjects are inclusive with the patients group and the control group.Fasting blood samples are applied for DNA sequencing of ALOX5AP gene SG13S35 and SG13S377.Compare the different frequency of gene between the two groups through analyzing the cases.Relevant data is analyzed for relative risk,χ2 test,Fisher exact test,logistic regression by means of statistical technology.ALOX5AP gene SG13S377(T/T)、SG13S377(T/C)allele frequencies of the IS group are higher than the control group,(P<0.05);AlOX5AP gene SG13S377(T/C)frequencies comparing between males and females in patients group and comparing males between the case group and control group indicate different(P<0.05).The attack of ischemic stroke in the Northeast of China from the group of Han nationality has relationship with AlOX5AP gene SG13S377.
