医学高职院校“医体结合”体育教学改革研究——基于供给侧改革的视角

摘　　要：在“健康中国2030”“全民健身计划”背景下,医学高职院校开展“医体结合”体育教学改革是培养复合型人才的必由之路,是医学高职院校体育教学改革的发展之路,也是构建社区公共健康服务体系的现实需要。因此,医学高职院校应明确复合型医学人才的培养目标、加强师资队伍建设、完善体育教学内容、加强医体结合体育特色教材建设、建立医体结合教学科学评价体系,为提升医学类高职院校体育教学质量,培养更多“医体结合”复合型医学专门人才,进而从供给侧源头促进运动健康需求的满足。Under the background of"Healthy China 2030 Plan"and"National Fitness Program",the teaching reform of physical education with"combination of medicine and sports"in medical vocational colleges is an inevitable way to cultivate well-rounded talents,a developmental path of the teaching reform of physical education in medical vocational colleges,as well as a practical need to build a public health service system for the community.Therefore,medical vocational colleges should make clear their educational objectives of cultivating well-rounded medical talents,strengthen the teaching staff construction,perfect the teaching content of physical education,enhance the distinctive teaching materials construction focusing on combination of medicine and sports,and establish a reasonable evolution system for combination of medicine and sport education in order to improve the teaching quality of physical education.Moreover,more well-rounded medical professionals who specialize in"combination of medicine and sports"should be cultivated to meet the need of sports health from the supply-side.
