摘 要:以闭式C形并联机床机身为主要研究对象,利用SolidWorks软件建立其三维实体模型,在此基础上首先建立机床坐标系,求得力雅可比矩阵,利用MATLAB将施加在动平台上的外力分解为沿支链的拉压力,将这些拉压力作用在铰链安装点上,再利用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对机床机身进行刚度仿真,以影响精度最大的铰链1安装点为对比目标,发现相比改进之前的开式机身,闭式机身的精度提高了33.63%,而且最大位移和变形都发生在外罩上。It builds the model of the closed C-shaped parallel machine tool body in SolidWorks software,establishes the machine coordinate system,obtains the force Jacobian matrix,and decomposes the external force applied to the moving platform in MATLAB.For the tension along the branch,it acts on the hinge mounting point,and then uses ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software to simulate the stiffness of the machine body,to influence the hinge 1 with the highest precision as the comparison target,and finds the open type before the improvement:the accuracy of the fuselage and closed body is increased by 33.63%,and the maximum displacement deformation occurs on the outer cover,which lays the foundation for the subsequent optimization and good dynamic performance of the machine tool.
