小剂量丙戊酸镁联合抗精神病药物治疗精神分裂症患者攻击行为的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析小剂量丙戊酸镁与抗精神病药物结合治疗精神分裂症患者对其攻击行为的疗效。方法选取本院2016年1月至2018年10月收治的70例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,依据随机双盲法分成对照组(应用抗精神病药物治疗方法,n=35)、治疗组(应用小剂量丙戊酸镁与抗精神病药物结合治疗方法,n=35)。比较两组治疗前、治疗2个月后外显攻击行为量表(MOAS)评分分值、阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分分值,并统计两组药物不良反应。结果治疗组治疗2个月后外显攻击行为量表(MOAS)评分低于治疗前与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗2个月后阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分低于治疗前与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组药物不良反应率与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义。结论对精神分裂症患者予以小剂量丙戊酸镁结合抗精神病药物治疗可以改善其攻击行为。Objective To analyze the efficacy of low-dose magnesium valproate combined with antipsychotic drugs in the treatment of schizophrenia patients. Methods Seventy patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to October 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into control group according to random double-blind method(applied antipsychotic treatment, n=35), treatment group(application a small dose of magnesium valproate combined with antipsychotic treatment, n=35). The scores of the explicit aggressive behavior scale(MOAS), the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS) scores were compared before treatment and after 2 months of treatment, and the adverse reactions of the two groups were counted. Results The score of the explicit aggressive behavior scale(MOAS) after treatment for 2 months in the treatment group was lower than that before treatment and the control group(P<0.05). The positive and negative symptom scale after treatment for 2 months in the treatment group. The scores of(PANSS) were lower than those before treatment and the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the adverse drug reaction rate between the treatment group and the control group. Conclusion The administration of small doses of magnesium valproate combined with antipsychotic drugs to patients with schizophrenia can improve their aggressive behavior.
