宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析宫瘤消在子宫肌瘤中的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2018年8月本院收治的子宫肌瘤患者86例作为观察对象,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组给予米非司酮治疗,观察组则采用宫瘤消胶囊治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后子宫肌瘤体积的变化,记录不良反应发生情况。结果两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义;观察组治疗前后子宫体积与肌瘤体积改善幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论宫瘤消在子宫肌瘤临床治疗中疗效与安全性较高。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of gongliuxiao in uterine leiomyoma. Methods 86 patients with uterine leiomyoma admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with mifepristone, while the observation group was treated with gongliuxiao capsule. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the changes of uterine leiomyoma volume before and after treatment were compared, and the occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded.Results There was no significant difference in the curative effect between the two groups. The uterine volume and myoma volume in the observation group were significantly improved than those in the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05), and no obvious adverse reactions occurred of two groups. Conclusion Gongliuxiao has a high efficacy and safety in the clinical treatment of uterine leiomyoma.
