摘  要:目的探讨PBL教学法在小儿外科实习中的应用效果。方法选取深圳市儿童医院小儿外科专业在读硕士实习研究生48名为研究对象,观察组24名实习生接受常规PBL教学;对照组24名实习生接受传统教学组。比较两组成绩考核分数、教学满意度等情况。结果观察组实习生成绩考核分数高于对照组(P<0.05);在教学满意度比较上,观察组学生教学满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)有利于小儿外科实习生的临床学习,有利于提高学生的学习满意度,可在临床教学及实际工作中推广使用。Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method in pediatric surgery. Methods 48 Postgraduates of pediatric surgery major in Shenzhen Children’ s Hospital were selected as study subjects, 24 of them received routine PBL teaching, and the other 24 received traditional teaching as control group. The two groups were used to compare their scores and teaching satisfaction. Results The scores of Medical interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the teaching satisfaction in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Problem based learning(PBL)teaching method is beneficial to clinical learning of pediatric surgical interns, and can improve students’ learning satisfaction. It can be popularized in clinical teaching and practical work.
