三黄散阴道塞药联合健康管理对HPV感染患者自我管理效能及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨三黄散阴道塞药联合健康管理对人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者自我管理效能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月~2019年6月于我院妇科门诊的HPV感染患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各45例。对照组给予健康管理宣教,观察组在对照组健康宣教的基础上给予三黄散阴道塞药。比较两组HPV感染清除率、自我管理效能及生活质量评分。结果观察组HPV感染清除率、自我管理效能总评分及干预后生活质量总评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三黄散阴道塞药联合健康管理可提高HPV感染清除率,同时可改善患者自我管理能力及生活质量。Objective To explore effects of Sanhuangsan vaginal plugging combined with health management on self-management efficacy and quality of life in patients with HPV infection.Methods 90 patients with HPV infection in in the outpatient department of gynecology in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with45 cases in each group.The control group was given health management education while the observation group was given Sanhuangsan vaginal plugging on the basis of health education in the control group.HPV infection clearance rate,self-management efficacy and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results HPV infection clearance rate,total score of self-management efficacy and total score of quality of life after intervention were all higher in the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sanhuangsan vaginal plugging combined with health management can improve HPV infection clearance rate and improve of self-management ability and quality of life of patients.
