摘 要:目的探究品管圈(QCC)在提高慢性肾脏病患者营养知识知晓率中的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年8月~2015年9月期间收治的慢性肾脏病患者80例作为研究对象,并将2014年8~12月中旬设为管理前,其2014年12月下旬至2015年6月设为管理后,通过成立品管圈分析患者需解决的问题,并且对问题进行打分后确定此次活动主题,最后制定改进措施。观察开展品管圈前后患者慢性肾脏病营养知识知识率与治疗依从性的变化情况。结果经品管圈管理后80例患者营养知识知晓率为76.25%,治疗依从性为72.50%,与管理前比(33.75%、26.25%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。该活动干预达标率为100.35%,进步率为125.93%,均表示干预有效。管理后80例患者的疾病知识、饮食知识、自我管理、营养认知评分较高,与管理前比差异有统计学意义;此外,管理后其小组圈员八项能力评分均大于4分以上,与管理前比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展品管圈有助于促使患者营养知识知晓率与营养治疗依从性有所提升,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of QCC(quality control circle)in improving the awareness rate of nutrition knowledge of patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods Eighty patients with chronic kidney disease who were admitted to our hospital from August 2014 to September 2015 were selected as research objects.From August 2014 to the middle of December 2014 was set as the pre-management period,and from late December 2014 to June 2015 was set as the post-management period.The quality control circle was established to analyze the problems to be solved.After scoring the problem,the theme of the activity was determined and finally improvement measures were formulated.Changes in awareness rate of nutrition knowledge and treatment compliance of patients with chronic kidney disease were observed before and after implementation of quality control circle.Results After the quality control circle management,the awareness rate of nutritional knowledge of the 80 patients was 76.25%and the treatment compliance was 72.50%,which were statistically significant different from those before the management(33.75%,26.25%),P<0.05.The rate of reaching the standard of the intervention was 100.35%and the improvement rate was 125.93%,indicating that the intervention was effective.After management,score of disease knowledge,diet knowledge,self-management and nutrition cognition 80 patients were higher than those before management.The differences were statistically significant.In addition,all the eight ability scores after management of the group members were more than 4 points,which were statistically significant different from those before management(P<0.05).Conclusion Conducting the quality control circle can help to promote the awareness rate of nutrition knowledge and nutritional treatment compliance of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
