摘　　要：目的研究分析动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗死的治疗效果与临床意义。方法将126例动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗死患者随机分为洽疗组和对照组。治疗组86例采用静脉溶栓治疗,给予尿激酶等静脉溶栓治疗;对照组40例采用脱水、抗凝、脑保护剂等常规药物治疗,观察两组疗效。结果神经功能评分方面比较,两组于治疗第7、21天时比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组基本痊愈率及总有效率分别为65.11%和97.67%,对照组基本痊愈率及总有效率分别为45.00%和80.00%。两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉溶栓治疗血栓性脑梗死早期应用尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗疗效肯定,安全、有效,并能显著改善神经功能缺损症状,减轻致残率。Objective To study the therapeutic effect and clinical significance of atherothrombotic cerebral infarction.Methods 126 patients with atherothrombotic cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.In the treatment group,86 patients were treated with intravenous thrombolysis,and intravenous thrombolytic therapy such as urokinase was given.In the control group,40 patients were treated with conventional drugs such as dehydration,anticoagulation and brain protective agents.Results The neurological function scores were compared between the two groups on the 7th and 21st day of treatment(P<0.0l).The basic cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were 65.11%and 97.67%,respectively.The basic cure rate and total effective rate of the control group were 45.00%and 80.00%,respectively.The total effective rate of the two groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous thrombolysis for the early treatment of thrombotic cerebral infarction with urokinase intravenous thrombolysis is safe,effective,and can significantly improve the symptoms of neurological deficits and reduce the disability rate.
