摘　　要：高校治理的最本质特征是坚持党的领导。高校推进内部治理结构创新是建立现代大学制度、提高立德树人水平的重要手段,高校内部治理结构创新要始终坚持党的领导,以高校党建工作为引领,在坚定方向、把握关键、厚植基础、科学用人和总揽全局上下功夫,推动高校内部治理结构创新,实现高校治理体系和治理能力的现代化。The essential feature of college governance is sticking to the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC).Promoting innovation of internal college governance structure is a significant means for establishing modern college system and improving people's moral quality.The key to the innovation is consistently adhering to the leadership of the Party Committee.Following the guiding principle of Party construction,we should stick firmly to our orientation,and efforts should be paid to addressing the key and fundamental issues,developing scientific personnel management and taking care of the overall situation.In this way,structural innovation can be achieved for internal governance so as to modernize college governance system.
