摘  要:目的探讨视频反馈教学法在肝胆胰外科护理本科实习生中的实践效果。方法便利选取2016年12月-2017年11月入科的83名实习生作为对照组,2017年12月-2018年11月的88名实习生为试验组。对照组采用理论讲授、操作示范,试验组进行理论和操作2方面的视频反馈教学法。结果试验组护理本科实习生的操作成绩、自主学习能力、教学满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05),但两组理论成绩比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论视频反馈教学法能提升护理本科实习生的操作技能水平和自主学习能力,有助于提高肝胆胰外科临床教学质量。Objective To explore the effects of video feedback teaching for nursing undergraduates in the hepatopancreatobiliary surgery department. Methods Eighty-three nursing undergraduates who practiced in the hepatopancreatobiliary surgery department from December 2016 to November 2017 were recruited in the control group.Another 88 nursing undergraduates from December 2017 to November 2018 were selected in the experimental group. The traditional teaching method was used for the control group while video feedback teaching method was used for the experimental group. Results The scores of skill examination,autonomous learning competencies,and satisfaction with clinical teaching of students in the experimental group were significantly better than these in the control group(P<0.05). However,no difference was detected in the theoretical scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Video feedback teaching method can enhance the skill ability and the autonomous learning competencies of nursing undergraduates. It can improve the clinical teaching quality in the hepatopancreatobiliary surgery department.
