“立德树人”在大学生思想政治工作中的思考

摘　　要：新时期大学生思想政治教育工作面临着严峻的形势和挑战,加强和改进大学生思想政治工作,对于高校提出了更高的要求。高校学生工作要把学习宣传贯彻党的十九大精神同贯彻落实全国高校思想政治工作会议精神结合起来,把"立德树人"作为中心环节;通过提高高校思想政治教育队伍的综合素质、更新思想政治教育的教学内容和方法、完善大学生思想政治教育合力机制、加强校园文化与社会实践相融合等方式和方法提高校思想政治教育工作的实效性。It has been put forward higher requirements for universities to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of students in the new period.The work of students should combine the spirit of studying and propagating the Party’s 19 th National Congress with the spirit of implementing the national conference on ideological and political work in universities,and"educating people as moral"should be the central link.In order to improve the effectiveness of political education in universities,a series of measures should be enforced,including improving the comprehensive quality of the ideological and political education team,renewing the teaching contents and methods of ideological and political education,perfecting the synergy mechanism of ideological and political education,strengthening the integration of campus culture and social practice.
