城镇化进程中农民工身份认同困境及根源分析

摘　　要：城镇化进程中,处于城市和农村边缘的农民工存在严重的身份认同困境。农民工处于被双重边缘化的游离状态,是处于不同劳动力市场的就业人员,在城市中只能区隔性融入,这使得他们对自身的身份认识模糊、不确定,以致造成人格上的矛盾和痛苦。这种复杂的心理表征是人为构建的城乡二元户籍制度及其带来的制度性歧视和权利贫困所致。为解决这一困境,需要打破城乡二元结构,妥善解决农民工户籍问题;深化分配方式改革,完善社会保障体系;疏通利益诉求表达渠道,扩大农民工政治参与;推进教育培训事业,增强农民工职业竞争力,从而有效解决农民工就业问题。In the process of urbanization,migrant w orkers on the edge of cities and rural areas have serious dilemmas of identity. M igrant w orkers are in a state of being freed from double marginalization. They are employed in different labor markets and can only be separated in the city,w hich make them aw are of their ow n identity vague and uncertain,resulting in personality conflicts and pain. This complex psychological representation is caused by the artificially constructed urban-rural dual household registration system and its institutional discrimination and rights poverty. In order to solve this dilemma,it is necessary to break the urban-rural dual structure,properly solve the problem of migrant w orkers’ household registration;deepen the reform of distribution methods,improve the social security system;unblock the channels of interest appeal,expand the political participation of migrant w orkers;promote education and training,and strengthen migrant w orkers’ professional competitiveness,thus solving the employment problem of migrant w orkers.
