摘　　要：十二指肠Brunner腺瘤(Brunner gland adenoma,BGA)是十二指肠良性肿瘤的一种罕见疾病,随着消化内镜技术的发展,内镜下切除十二指肠BGA已逐渐替代传统外科手术治疗。最近深圳市龙岗中心医院行内镜下切除十二指肠球部巨大BGA 1例,无出血、穿孔等并发症发生。内镜治疗十二指肠BGA是安全、有效的,值得推广。Duodenal Brunner gland adenoma(BGA)is a rare disease of benign duodenal tumors.With the development of digestive endoscopic techniques,the endoscopic resection of duodenal BGA has gradually replaced the traditional surgical treatment.A massive BGA of the duodenal bulb was recently endoscopic resection in our hospital.No bleeding,perforation and other complications occurred.Endoscopic treatment of duodenal BGA is safe,effective and worthy of promotion.
