软性膀胱镜及NBI技术在泌尿外科的应用（附光盘）

摘　　要：软性膀胱镜是泌尿外科最基本的检查与治疗工具之一,常规用以评估尿道、前列腺、膀胱、输尿管口等部位疾病并开展多项治疗。本文将就软性膀胱镜用于诊断(如适应证、禁忌证、检查技巧)与治疗(如纯软镜手术、双镜联合配合激光、NBI技术甚至经皮肾镜、腹腔镜、机器人手术治疗)等方面进行探讨,期待有助于临床提高软性膀胱镜的应用水平,并进一步推广之。Flexible cystoscopy is one of the most basic examination tools in urology to evaluate diseases involving urethra,prostate,bladder and ureteral orifice.In this article,we reviewed diagnosis and treatment assisted with flexible cystoscopy,such as the indications and contraindications,examination skills,simple flexible cystoscopy operation,double scope combined with laser,NBI technique,percutaneous nephrolithoscopy,laparoscopy and robotic surgery,hoping to widen the applications of flexible cystoscopy.
