基于利益相关者视角的大学社会责任研究

摘　　要：基于利益相关者理论,对大学社会责任问题进行探讨。根据大学利益相关者在大学目标实现过程中所发挥的作用,将其划分为三个层级:教师、学生及管理层等属于第一层级利益相关者,政府、实习实践基地、用人单位等属于第二层级利益相关者,合作者、家长及社会公众等属于第三层级利益相关者。研究发现,大学对第一层级的利益相关者承担主导责任,对第二层级的利益相关者承担辅助责任,对第三层级的利益相关者承担间接责任。并从主导责任、辅助责任和间接责任三个层面构建大学社会责任评价指标体系,为全面、系统、科学评价大学社会责任提供理论依据。Based on the stakeholder theory, this paper discusses the issue of university’s social responsibility. University stakeholders are divided into three levels according to their roles in the realization of university’s goals. Teachers, students and administrations belong to the first-level stakeholder, and the government, the practice bases, employers belong to the second-level while cooperators, parents and the public belong to the third-level. The research finds out that university assumes main responsibility for the first-level stakeholder, auxiliary responsibility for the second-level, and indirect responsibility for the third-level. Furthermore, the research also constructs an evaluation index system of university’s social responsibility from the three aspects of main responsibility, auxiliary responsibility and indirect responsibility, which can provide a theoretical basis for a comprehensive, systematic and scientific evaluation of university’s social responsibility.
