摘 要:针对修复某型号发动机外防热涂层局部损伤的难题,研制了一种能够室温快速固化的修复材料,测试了其相关性能及应用。结果表明,该材料的拉伸剪切强度≥8.0 MPa,热导率为0.337~0.368 W/(m·K),线烧蚀率为0.12~0.27 mm/s,质量烧蚀率为0.070~0.091 g/s,室温条件(15~30℃)下12 h即可固化,通过了高、低温循环冲击试验考核,环境适应性良好,能够有效修复外防热层的损伤,是一种综合性能优良的修复材料。To solve the difficulties in repairing the local damage on the heat-proof coating of solid rocket motor,one kind of thermal-protection restoration material which can be cured rapidly at room temperature was developed,and the related properties were studied.The results show that the tensile shear strength of the restoration material is greater than 8.0 MPa,the thermal conductivity is 0.337~0.368 W/(m·K),the linear ablative rate is 0.12~0.27 mm/s,and the mass ablative rate is 0.070~0.091 g/s.This restoration material is curable at room temperature(15~30℃)for 12 h,and can endure the cyclic impact of high and low temperature,which indicates favorable environmental adaptability.It can repair the damage of the heat-proof coating effectively as fast-curing thermal-protection restoration material with excellent comprehensive performance.
