亲上亲，真的亲？联盟企业间关系性质及联盟类型对创新能力的影响研究

摘　　要：现今,跨边界获取资源是提高企业创新能力的关键途径。对以往文献的研究表明,桥接关系及二元关系的限制导致联盟企业间存在跨边界交流的障碍。本文引入社会学领域的齐美尔链理论,基于汽车车身与零部件行业2010—2015年的联盟数据,使用负二项回归模型,以探究联盟企业间的关系性质及联盟类型对企业创新能力的影响。研究发现:二元关系、桥接关系及非股权联盟对企业创新能力的提高并不具有任何优势,而齐美尔链关系是提高企业创新能力的关键因素;股权联盟对企业创新能力具有正向影响,但股权联盟负向调节齐美尔链关系对企业创新能力的影响。研究结论对企业联盟战略的制订有着重要的理论及现实指导意义。Today,obtaining resources from cross organization or cross boundary is the key way to improve firm’s innovativeness.Based on the previous research,it shows that there are barriers to cross domain communication among alliance firms because of the restriction of bridging ties and dyads.Based on the theory of Simmelian,it used Chinese automobile industry innovation alliance data from 2010—2015 to explore the impact of the nature of ties and the type of alliance between inter-firm alliances on firm’s innovativeness by negative binomial regression model.It finds that dyads,bridging ties and non-equity alliances play very limited role in improving innovativeness of the firms,while the establishment of Simmelian ties among alliance firms is the key factor to improve firm’s innovativeness.Besides,equity alliance has a positive impact on the firm’s innovativeness,but it plays a negative moderating role in the relationship between Simmelian ties and firm’s innovativeness.It has important theoretical and practical significance to the establishment of inter-firm alliance strategy.
