交互主观性视阈下的概念隐喻和刻意性隐喻理论之争——以诗歌隐喻创新为例

摘　　要：概念隐喻理论(CMT)和刻意性隐喻理论(DMT)围绕隐喻的新奇性问题在国际隐喻学界掀起了大论战。DMT认为,所有的新奇隐喻都是刻意性隐喻,基于相似性推理即可理解,无需概念隐喻;CMT则认为新奇隐喻离不开概念隐喻。通过对文学体裁中的刻意性隐喻进行分析,发现:1)即便是诗歌隐喻这种最典型的刻意性隐喻,其创新也离不开人们集体认知中表征的概念隐喻;2)刻意性不是非此即彼的二元关系,而是一个连续统;3)两个当代隐喻理论是互补的关系,两者都体现了隐喻的交互主观性;4)交互主观性理论可以为新旧当代隐喻理论提供统一的框架。Heated debates have arisen between conceptual metaphor theory(CMT)and deliberate metaphor theory(DMT),centering on the issue of deliberateness and novelty of metaphors.DMT holds that all novel metaphors are deliberate and can be inferred without conceptual metaphor system,while CMT argues otherwise.An analysis of novel metaphors in literature reveals that:1)even in poems,a typical genre of deliberateness,metaphor creativity is partly based on conceptual system;2)“deliberateness”is not a dichotomous notion,but forms a continuum;3)the two seemingly opposing theories are complementary and;4)can be integrated within the theory of intersubjectivity.
