摘　　要：高职院校实施教师党支部书记“双带头人”培育工程,可以全方位提升教师党支部书记团队的综合教育素质,更好地发挥“头雁效应”,增强师生凝聚力,对于新时代加快高职优质学校和中国特色高水平职业院校建设具有重要的战略意义。The teachers works as party branch secretary in higher vocational colleges who join the"double leader"cultivation project,can upgrade the overall quality of teachers and play the“head goose effect”.This system can unite the teachers and students,which accelerates the construction of the excellent quality vocational schools and plays an significant role in the construction of the Chinese characteristics vocational school under the new situation.
