摘  要:魔芋葡甘聚糖是一种天然可食性可再生的高分子多糖,可通过改变魔芋葡甘聚糖分子结构使其衍生物具备某些特定功能。对魔芋葡甘聚糖进行脱乙酰基疏水改性处理,改变其强吸水的特性,将改性后的魔芋葡甘聚糖投放到百菌清溶液中,探讨不同操作条件下对水中百菌清的吸附影响。实验结果表明,常温条件下,吸附材料在0.8 g,吸附时间为90 min时,百菌清浓度为0.015 mg/L时,百菌清去除率最好。Konjac glucomannan is a kind of natural edible and renewable high molecular polysaccharide,and its derivatives can have certain functions by changing the molecular structure of konjac glucomannan.The deacetylation and hydrophobic modification of konjac glucomannan was carried out to change its water-absorbing properties.The modified konjac glucan-mannan was added to the chlorothalonil solution to study the effect of different operating conditions on adsorption of chlorothalonil in water.The experimental results showed that the removal rate of chlorothalonil was the best when DKGM adsorption materials dosage was 0.8 g,adsorption time was 90 min,and the chlorothalonil concentration was 0.015 mg/L at normal temperature.
