摘  要:目的研究探讨多排螺旋CT对肺小结节及早期肺癌的临床诊断作用。方法选择我院自2017年9月至2018年10月收治的60例肺小结节及早期肺癌患者为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为2组,即对照组与观察组,每组各30例,对照组中行常规CT检查,观察组行多排螺旋CT检查,比较分析两种诊断方式的应用价值。结果观察组诊断符合率与CT扫描图像质量优于对照组,且检查操作时间相比对照组缩短,组间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将多排螺旋CT检查方式应用于肺小结节与早期肺癌的诊断中,其效果理想,且CT图像质量更高,对减少临床误诊或漏诊等情况有积极作用,可在临床中普及应用。Objective study the clinical diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT in small pulmonary nodules and early lung cancer. Methods Sixty cases of patients with small pulmonary nodules and early lung cancer and who treated in our hospital from September 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects,and all patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group were underwent the routine CT examination,while the observation group were underwent multi-slice spiral CT examination.Then,the application value of the two diagnostic methods were compared and analyzed.Results The diagnostic coincidence rate and CT scan image quality in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the operation time of the examination was shorter than that in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of small pulmonary nodules and early lung cancer is satisfactory, and the quality of CT images is higher.It has a positive role in reducing clinical misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis,thus it can be widely used in clinical.
