摘　　要：某黄金精炼厂贵液净化采用厢式压滤机及无纺滤布,净化过程中存在贵液净化效果较差,滤布使用寿命短及金泥品位低等问题。通过在厢式压滤机无纺滤布表面增加一层助滤物料("挂浆"),同时去除原串联的二次净化压滤机,可有效提高贵液净化效果,降低贵液浊度,提高金泥品位,且可延长滤布使用寿命60%以上,经济效益显著。The chamber type filter press and non-woven filter cloth are used to purify pregnant solution in a gold refinery. There are some problems in the purification process,such as poor purification effect,short service life of filter cloth and low grade of gold mud. By adding a layer of filter aid (ore pulping) to the surface of non-woven filter cloth and removing the previous series connected secondary purification filter press,the purification effect of the pregnant solution can be effectively improved,the turbidity is greatly reduced,the gold mud grade is increased and the service life of filter cloth can be prolonged by 60 %,creating sizable profits.
