甘肃省三级医院消化科护士对幽门螺杆菌感染与相关疾病知晓度调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解甘肃省三级医院消化科护士对幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染与相关疾病发生发展关系的知晓度,以提高患者及公众对Hp感染的认知度。方法:采用便利抽样方法对甘肃省19所三级医院共294个消化科(包含胃镜中心)护士进行现场问卷调查,分析护士对Hp感染与相关疾病发生发展相关性的知晓度。结果:甘肃省消化科护士对Hp感染与慢性胃炎发生发展密切相关知晓率最高为90.48%;不同年龄护士间知晓率存在差异(P<0.05);Hp感染与慢性胃炎发生发展关系的知晓度与护士年龄呈正相关(OR=2.200,P<0.05);Hp感染与贫血发生发展关系的知晓度与护士年龄呈负相关(OR=0.444,P<0.05);Hp感染与胃癌发生发展关系的知晓度与护士年龄呈正相关(OR=1.632,P<0.05)。结论:消化科护士对Hp感染与疾病发生发展关系的知晓水平总体偏低,护士应增强学习自觉性,医院和科室应建立健全消化科护士Hp知识的培训工作,以便于为患者提供安全有效的医疗卫生服务。Objective:To raise the patients and the public's cognition to helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection by surveying gastroenterology department nurse's understanding to Hp infection and its relation to the development of the related disease.Methods:Stratified random sampling method was used to survey the nurses from 294 gastroenterology departments(containing gastrocope center)from 19 tertiary hospitals of Gansu province by questionnaire,to analyze the nurses'understanding to Hp infection and the incidence and development of the related diseases.Results:Gastroenterology department nurses'awareness rate to Hp infection and its relation to the development chronic gastrits disease from Gansu province was 90.48%at the highest;the difference could be found in the awareness rates between different ages nurses(P<0.05);the awareness rate to Hp infection and its relation to the development of chronic gastritis was positively correlated with age(OR=2.200,P<0.05);the awareness rate to Hp infection and its relation to the development of anemia was negatively correlated with age(OR=0.444,P<0.05);the awareness rate to Hp infection and its relation to the development of gastric cancer was positively correlated with age(OR=1.632,P<0.05).Conclusion:Gastroenterology department nurses'awareness level are lower generally to Hp infection and its relation to the development of the related disease,nurses should enhance learning self-consciousness,hospital and gastroenterology department should establish and improve training work of Hp infection knowledge for the nurses,and provide the patients with the safe and effective medical and health service.
