化学教育硕士研究生联合培养质量保障体系的构建与实践——以新建学位点宁夏师范学院为例

摘　　要：依据化学教育硕士研究生培养目标,分析了化学教育硕士研究生应具备的知识结构和能力结构,以课程体系构建为突破口,提出了化学教育硕士研究生质量评价指标,构建了“三控制、六保障、十三环节”的联合培养质量保障体系并进行了实践。该质量保障体系为提高新建学位点化学教育硕士研究生培养质量和卓越中学化学教师目标的实现奠定了基础。According to the training objectives of masters majored in chemistry education,this paper analyzes the knowledge structure and the capability structure they should possess.In addition,a quality evaluation system is proposed starting from the construction of the curriculum system.Most importantly,the quality guarantee system of“3 Controls,6 Guarantees and 13 Steps”is developed and practiced,and results show that the quality guarantee system provides fundamental warranty for advancing the training quality of masters majored in chemistry education for the newly-authorized degree awarding institution,and paves the way for realization of the objective to train excellent middle-school chemistry teachers.
