摘  要:研究了曲面加工表面粗糙度的计算方法。以一包含曲面的零件为例,首先探讨了球头刀曲面加工中表面粗糙度的产生机理,提出了中线的概念,且根据中线上下区域的面积相等推导了表面粗糙度的计算公式;然后采用不同的切削深度和进给速度加工零件;最后采用三维形貌仪对加工后的零件进行表面粗糙度测量,并对理论值和测量值进行分析,从而得出该方法的可行性。A method for calculating the surface roughness on milling for a balling cutter is studied. Based on a component with a curved surface, the generation mechanism of the surface roughness is discussed, and a model to calculate the arithmetic mean surface roughness is presented. The center-line is produced which can ensure the areas above and below the line are equal. The different cutting depth and feed rapid are used to machine the component. The surface roughness of the work-piece is measured with a 3D profiler. The analyses of the measuring dates and the theoretical dates show that the calculating method is feasible.
