摘　　要：技能文化是高职院校人才培养有别于普通高等教育育人特色和优势,这是高职教育更好服务于国家工业转型升级,服务于高端制造业的重要因素,也是高职教育可持续发展的源动力。技能文化及其育人路径是当前高职院校育人质量提升的重要命题。The cultivation of skills and culture is the characteristic and advantage of higher vocational college talent training, which is not only an important factor for higher vocational education to better serve the transformation and upgrading of national industry, but also the source of sustainable development of higher vocational education. Skill culture and its way of educating people are the important proposition to improve the quality of educating people in higher vocational colleges.
