摘  要:隧道磁阻(TMR)器件具有灵敏度高、温度漂移小、线性误差小、动态范围宽的优良特性,采用隧道磁阻器件替代传统的霍尔器件、各向异性磁阻(AMR)器件和巨磁阻(GMR)器件可以显著地改善电流测量能力。以提高测量精度、系统小型化为目的,通过综合调整TMR元件尺寸以及聚磁结构位置,设计一种新型Z轴TMR电流传感器,实现采用隧道磁阻(TMR)器件的电流测量。根据初始测量数据进行温度补偿和线性补偿,该电流传感器在0.1~60 A范围内达到了1%的测量精度,在电流测量领域内具有较好的应用前景。The tunnel magnetoresistance(TMR)devices has the excellent characteristics of high sensitivity,small temperature drift,small linear error,and wide dynamic range.Using tunnel reluctance devices instead of traditional hall devices,anisotropic magnetoresistance(AMR)devices and giant magnetoresistance(GMR)devices can significantly improve current measurement capability.In order to improve measurement accuracy and downsize the system,a new type of Z-axis TMR current sensor was designed by comprehensively adjusting the size of TMR components to realize TMR current measurement.After taking temperature compensation and linear compensation based on the initial measured data,the current sensor can reach accuracy of 1% within the measurement range of 0.1~60 A,and has a good application prospect in the field of current measurement.
