摘 要:为了提高太阳能发电设备的稳定性及工作效率,设计了一种基于工业以太网的太阳能发电监测系统。该系统利用多个传感器实时监测各个太阳能极板的温度、蓄电池温度以及太阳辐射值,采用工业以太网实现各个太阳能极板数据采集装置之间组网,实现数据的交互,通过网关装置中的4G传输模块将接收到的数据打包后统一发送到服务器中。实际测试结果表明,系统能有效地监测到太阳能发电过程中各个太阳能极板的工作参数,便于了解太阳能各个发电阵列的工作情况,提高太阳能极板的发电效率,预防故障发送。In order to improve the stability and working efficiency of solar power generation equipment,a solar power generation monitoring system based on industrial Ethernet was designed.The system used multiple sensors for real-time monitoring of various solar energy plate temperature,battery temperature and solar radiation,industrial Ethernet was adopted to realize networking among various solar plate data acquisition devices,implementing the data interaction,the received data was packaged and uniformly sent to the server through the 4 G transmission module in the gateway device.The actual test results show that the system can effectively monitor the working parameters of each solar panel in the process of solar power generation,so as to understand the working conditions of each solar array,improve the power generation efficiency of solar panel and prevent fault transmission.
