摘 要:针对传统气体浓度检测方法精度低、灵敏度不高等缺点,设计了一种基于光声光谱技术的气体浓度检测系统。该系统利用PWM技术实现光源频率的控制调节,通过嵌入式系统实现对采集信号的分析处理。重点研究了温度因素对该系统的影响,在特定调节下对CO2浓度进行测量采集。实验结果表明,该系统测量精度高、线性度好、重复性好,能满足实际检测需求。Aiming at the low accuracy and low sensitivity of traditional gas concentration detection method,a gas concentration detection system based on photoacoustic spectroscopy was designed.The system used PWM technology to control the frequency of the light source,and the analysis and processing of the acquisition signal were realized through the embedded system.The influence of temperature factors on the system was studied,and carbon dioxide concentration was measured and collected under certain regulation.The experimental results show that the system has high precision,good linearity and good repeatability,which can meet the actual testing requirements.
