消化内镜联合四联疗法治疗胃溃疡出血的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨消化内镜联合四联疗法治疗胃溃疡出血患者的效果。方法选取2017年4月至2019年4月无锡市第二人民医院收治的50例胃溃疡出血患者,随机数表法分为两组,各25例。对照组采用四联疗法,观察组采用消化内镜联合四联疗法,比较两组临床疗效及再出血率。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组(88.00%,P<0.05);观察组再出血率8.00%,显著低于对照组(16.00%,P<0.05);观察组血红蛋白、血小板水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对胃溃疡出血患者采用消化内镜联合四联疗法可有效控制出血,预防再次出血。Objective To investigate the effect of gastroendoscope combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer hemorrhage.Methods A total of 50 patients with gastric ulcer bleeding admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Wuxi City from April 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,while the observation group was treated with gastroendoscope combined with quadruple therapy.The clinical effect and rebleeding rate of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,significantly higher than that of the control group(88.00%,P<0.05);the rebleeding rate of the observation group was 8.00%,significantly lower than that of the control group(16.00%,P<0.05);the levels of hemoglobin and platelet in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gastroendoscope combined with quadruple therapy for gastric ulcer bleeding can effectively control bleeding and prevent re-bleeding.
