摘　　要：研究证实,肝衰竭的发生与肝细胞凋亡密切相关,故调控肝细胞凋亡基因表达,恢复细胞凋亡调控系统平衡成为了临床治疗肝衰竭的新手段。中医肝病学者研究发现多种中药及其有效成分可通过多途径抑制肝衰竭细胞异常凋亡发生,发挥治疗目的。本文将从细胞凋亡基因调控的角度阐述中药治疗肝衰竭的作用机制。The occurrence of liver failure is closely related to hepatocyte apoptosis,so regulating the expression of apoptotic genes and restoring the balance of apoptotic regulatory system has become a new method for clinical treatment of liver failure.Chinese medicine researchers focused on liver diseases have found that many kinds of traditional Chinese medicine and its active ingredients can inhibit abnormal apoptosis of hepatic failure cells through multiple ways,and play a therapeutic purpose.This article will elaborate the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in treating liver failure from the perspective of apoptotic gene regulation.
