CT扫描与X线诊断肺结核的结果分析

摘　　要：目的对比肺结核实施CT扫描与X线检查的诊断效果。方法将2017年1月至2018年12月邳州市人民医院传染科诊治的50例肺结核患者纳入研究,对所有患者进行X线检查和CT扫描,分析诊断效果、患者影像学表现状况。结果实施CT检查对斑片结节影、空洞、结核球、支气管源性散播病灶、胸腔积液、淋巴肿大、胸膜增厚、渗出性病灶检出率与X线检查相比更高,差异显著(P<0.05)。实施CT检查对肺结核的检出率与X线检查相比更高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论肺结核实施CT扫描诊断效果良好,对各征象显像效果良好,可减少漏诊。Objective To compare the effect of CT scan diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 50 tuberculosis patients diagnosed and treated in the department of infectious diseases of pizhou people's hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were included in the study.X-ray examination and CT scan were performed on all the patients to analyze the diagnosis effect and imaging manifestations of the patients.Results CT scans found better results than X-ray on plaque nodules,cavities,tuberculoma,bronchogenic scattered lesions,pleural effusion,lymphadenopathy,pleural thickening,and exudative lesions.The difference was significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of tuberculosis was higher than that of X-ray examination by CT examination,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The CT scan of pulmonary tuberculosis has a good diagnostic effect,and it has a good effect on the imaging of each sign,which can reduce the missing diagnosis.
