基于国有企业综合经营计划管理的应用模式的思考

摘　　要：对于国有企业来说,现有的管理模式已经不足以支撑企业的发展,因此,探索新的企业经营管理模式势在必行,综合经营计划管理的概念应运而生。国有企业要在激烈的市场竞争环境中立于不败之地,就要转变观念,提升企业管理水平,对其现有模式进行充分研究,从而根据总体导向进行有针对性地改革,将综合经营计划管理最大程度地融入企业发展。论文对国有企业综合经营计划管理的应用进行了分析与探讨,力求帮助国有企业进一步提升管理水平,实现经营目标。For the state-owned enterprises,the existing management mode is not enough to support the development of enterprises.Therefore,it is imperative to explore a new business management mode,and the concept of comprehensive business plan management came into being.If state-owned enterprises want to be invincible in the fierce market competition environment,they should change their ideas,improve their management level,and fully study their existing modes,so as to carry out targeted reform according to the overall guidance and integrate the comprehensive business plan management into the development of enterprises to the greatest extent.This paper analyzes and discusses the application of the comprehensive business plan management of state-owned enterprises,and tries to help the state-owned enterprises to further improve themanagement level and achieve the business objectives.
